OUR CSR COMMITMENTS
Sport can change the world

Our CSR policy is guided by four strong values, shared by all our employees, which are embodied in our internal work processes as well as in our dialogue with all our external stakeholders.
We favor the use of local actors and strive to minimize our impact on local populations, territories, and their environment.

We encourage listening and consultation in the management of our projects, in order to better involve our customers and partners.

We guarantee that all our events are accessible and encourage remote and vulnerable audiences to participate.

We are committed to complete transparency regarding our practices and those of our subcontractors.

Commitment 1

By changing habits, encouraging moderation, and saving resources, we are committed to reviewing our practices and shaking up the status quo, with the aim of reducing direct and indirect CO2 emissions. This means anticipating and incorporating the calculation of the carbon footprint of our actions right from the event design phase.

We consider waste reduction and proper waste management to be essential in the planning of our events. Through a controlled responsible purchasing policy and vigilance during planning, we want the circular economy to be at the heart of our purchasing processes.

Our business involves the temporary installation of structures and devices in a variety of natural sites. We are therefore obliged to place great importance on respecting and analyzing the sites on which we work, particularly with a view to preserving and respecting biodiversity.
Commitment 2

Through a significant employment and training policy for our teams, we support employment in the sports sector and the development of skills among its stakeholders. We strongly support the creation of jobs that cannot be relocated; whenever possible, we promote sustainable access to employment for people in integration programs and those with disabilities.

We intervene in the commercial policies of our events to promote access to disadvantaged populations/those who are isolated from sport. We promote healthy sport and exercise for all at our public events, particularly our running races. We are careful to offer events that are accessible to people with disabilities in a smooth and facilitated manner.

We are committed to utilizing the expertise of social and solidarity economy enterprises located in the areas where we operate. Aware of the positive and negative impacts of organizing mass events in the areas where we operate, we strive to anticipate, limit, and communicate as effectively as possible about all of these practical consequences (noise levels, traffic restrictions, etc.).
Commitment 3

Our events business involves purchasing expenses in a wide variety of categories: for us, this is a powerful lever for taking positive action in the fight against global warming, promoting social and professional integration, and supporting local development.

It is essential that we apply ourselves and are committed to successfully completing our assignments, as sold to our clients. Therefore, we use a range of monitoring and auditing tools to continuously measure the quality of our services.

Compliance with the GDPR is a priority in the management of the data we collect for our various projects (population services management software, race registrations, medical certificates, etc.). This requires a thorough understanding of the rules, ensuring our tools are compliant, and raising awareness among the parties involved.

Launch an ISO 20121 certification policy to certify our expertise in organizing sustainable sporting events.

We guarantee gender equality within our team and are committed to including people who are distant from the job market in our workforce to promote diversity within the organization.
